Investigator's TipWhen conducting an EVP session, make sure to speak clearly, leave a brief moment in between questions for an answer, and make sure that everyone knows not to whisper at all. Follow us on Twitter |
Vulture Mine, pt 2This was our second investigation at the Vulture Mine in Wickenburg, AZ. This time around, we brought a much smaller group consisting of Robert, Daniel, Krys, myself, and investigator-in-training Ryan. After we set up base camp, we first investigated the school houses, which was right outside of our camp. We then placed a digital audio recorder and video camera in one of the school houses and proceeded to the ghost town, about a quarter mile away, to continue the investigation. During our investigation we didn't experience anything paranormal, however we did encounter a rattle snake and a few scorpions. And although we collected an extensive amount of evidence, only the audio recorder we set up in the school house provided anything promising. Throughout the recording on the digital audio recorder in the school house, we caught unexplained bangs and knocks. We are only picking out the best pieces to present here. These are in order that they were captured. Times are relative to the start of the recording. EvidenceLaugh - 00:58:34We capture what sounds to be a disembodied laugh, or possibly a cry. Bangs - 01:01:35Unexplained banging from within the school house. Beeps - 01:50:56The first group of sounds you hear is the camera battery dying. Then an odd disembodied sound. We can't quite make out what it is, followed by another unexplained knocking sound. More Bangs - 02:35:40This is a series of unexplained bangs and knocks. It actually sounds like someone is standing in the room, knocking on the walls and the tables. Breath - 03:05:54We captured a breath or sigh. In the video I show you the amplified recording, then with noise reduction. Footsteps - 03:06:05This sounds like footsteps inside the school house. All members of our group were accounted for |
